**IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING**

1. **No Refund Policy**: I understand and agree that all payments made for services,
including but not limited to deposits, full payments, and payment plans, are non- refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies to all transactions regardless of
the reason for cancellation or request for refund.

2. **Acknowledgment of Terms**: I have read and fully understand the no refund policy. I acknowledge that this policy has been explained to me, and I agree to abide by these
terms.

3. **Finality of Payments**: I recognize that all payments made are final and that I will
not be entitled to any refunds, credits, or adjustments, even if I do not utilize the services for which I have paid.

4. **Governing Law**: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Eye Sea Experience operates.
